A retired man came with complaints of Low back pain with bilateral lower limb pain with difficulty in walking.  Patient can not walk for a long time. On MRI Lumbar canal stenosis with bilateral nerve root compression is diagnosed. He underwent L3-4, L4-5 decompression, discectomy with posterior spinal fixation surgery 4 months back. Now the patient is doing all his routine activities. He can now walk for 45 mins continuously. He can sit on the ground comfortably and also travels by bus for his regular work.
